The British Institutes Refund Policy
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction & Refund Eligibility
At The British Institutes, we want you to have a positive learning experience. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we have a clear policy for refunds, replacements, or adjustments.
Here's how it works:
- Timeframe is Key: If you need to request a refund, replacement, or adjustment, please do so within 7 days of your purchase. You'll need to contact our customer support team either by sending an email or submitting an online request.
- When Refunds ARE Considered:
- Technical Issues on Our End: If you're unable to access or view your courseware due to technical problems originating from our service, we will certainly consider a refund, replacement, or adjustment.
- Our Chance to Fix It: For these technical issues, it's important that you notify our customer support team in writing about the problem. This gives us the opportunity to try and resolve it for you. Your cooperation in this is essential for us to consider your request.
- When Refunds, Replacements, or Adjustments are NOT Considered:
- Your Technical Setup: We cannot issue refunds for technical problems that arise from your own computer, software being faulty, or compatibility issues on your end.
- Slow Performance Issues: While our course materials are designed for broadband connections, we can't control your internet bandwidth. Brief delays in download speeds or page loading due to your internet connection are not grounds for a refund.
- Unused or Partially Used Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds if you've simply not used your subscription, whether partially or entirely. This also applies if you wish to reduce your subscription duration or downgrade your course access after purchase.
- Changing Your Mind After Exploring: We strongly encourage you to make use of our sample courses and review the detailed course outlines before you make a purchase. This is the best way to ensure the course meets your expectations, as refunds will not typically be provided if the course content itself isn't what you hoped for after purchase (assuming the content matches the provided outline).
